The Website, courses and digital downloads on The DINOmite Shop Shopify site and Thinkific site include materials protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to written text, logos, photos, videos, music, art, designs and graphics. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Megan Brewster, its owners, members, employees, officers, directors, managers, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) which we suffer as a result of third-party claims based on: (i) your negligence or intentional misconduct, (ii) your breach of any provision of the Terms of Service (including representation or warranty); or, (iii) death, personal injury, or property damage arising out of, or relating to, your obligations hereunder.
SHARING YOUR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
This will result in your access being immediately revoked and your payment will be forfeited. You will be held liable for damages to Megan Brewster
USE OF TESTIMONIALS
We follow the FTC's rules surrounding endorsements and testimonials. As such, all endorsements or testimonials were received via text, audio, or video from a real person about their personal experience. Individual results may vary. Testimonials are not an indicator that you will have the same results.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
Some of our Products also contain access to a private Facebook group (the “Private Groups”). Megan Brewster is not liable for nor does Megan Brewster endorse the information shared amongst community members in the Private Groups. Access to the Private Groups may be revoked at any time by Megan Brewster. The Private Groups are provided solely for your convenience and may be shut down at any time by Megan Brewster, with or without notice. The closing of a Private Group is not grounds for a refund of any kind. The Private Groups are provided strictly as free bonuses to the course.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members of the Private Groups. You understand and agree that any contact, whether online or in-person, with any participant, is done solely at your own risk. Megan Brewster disclaims any and all liability for any interactions between participants and you expressly hold Megan Brewster harmless for any such interaction.
ACCESS MAY BE REVOKED AT ANYTIME
Megan Brewster reserves the right, in its sole discretion to revoke access to the Product at any time. Megan Brewster also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke access to the Product without providing a refund if any content has been copied or used in an unauthorized manner. This includes copying the concept or creating a competing product using the information learned from the Product. Megan Brewster reserves the right to pursue damages for unauthorized use of Product materials.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
Megan Brewster reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Product (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Megan Brewster will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Product.
PAYMENT PLANS
Access will be revoked without a refund to any course or digital download that a customer does not complete a payment plan or subscription payments on schedule.
WHAT DOES LIFETIME ACCESS MEAN?
You'll have lifetime access to the Product you are purchasing for as long as the Product exists. If the Product you purchase is retired (discontinued), you will no longer have access to it. Megan Brewster cannot guarantee that notice will be provided prior to discontinuing a Product.
GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Gift cards may be purchased inside the DINOmite Shop for future use towards any product sold in the DINOmite Shop. Store credits may be issued for a variety of customer service reasons such as a duplicate purchase or credit towards an upgraded program. Store credit is for future use towards any product sold in the DINOmite Shop. Gift cards and store credit are valid for twelve months after the date of issue. Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash. There are no refunds on gift cards bought through the DINOmite Shop.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Megan Brewster may change, modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Any access or use of this Website by you after Megan Brewster posts such changes shall constitute the consent of such modifications.
