Run Your Own Challenge Workshop

Challenges have been a huge part of my business growth since I hosted my first one back in January 2020!  I was nervous because I didn't have the biggest audience at the time (and still don't, but it's grown a lot since then!). So I wasn't sure if I was ready, especially since there were so many things I wanted to change about the way most people seemed to run challenges.

But it ended up going really well, and I had so many people tell me it was the best challenge they have ever done!  I'm so glad I stuck to the changes I wanted to make so that I can run challenges in a way that feels really good to me and still have them be worth it in terms of audience growth and sales! 

No "surprise" way to earn bonus points by buying something, no requirements that benefit me but not the participants, no turning the challenge into a giant pitch for an expensive program halfway through! 

I run honest and straightforward challenges that are beneficial for the participants AND me!  And I can't wait to show you how!

 

Why challenges?

When you do them the right way there really is something that feels almost magical about challenges!  The way they can bring so many new people to your audience so fast and not just get them there but get them instantly engaging with you in such a massive way!  I've never found anything else that does that!  People can be invited to your challenge by a friend, go through a week or two with you, and be ready to buy something right away!  

They are also really great for keeping your current audience engaged and even re-engaging your group if it's gotten stale!

You get to show up as a leader and help your people accomplish something or get a result, which helps you seem more credible and helps them believe you really could help them!  

 

How do I know if I'm ready to host a challenge?

Challenges are so much fun and so beneficial if you do them the right way!  But they are also a lot of work which can be very overwhelming if you try to do it on your own. 

And there's a difference between a challenge and a good challenge!  There are lots of challenges these days, so yours has to be good if you want people to participate.  It's way too much work to put in just to have no one participate!

I put together this workshop to teach you everything you need to know about running a good challenge your way!  I even did a lot of the hard parts for you and made you templates and a checklist to help you get your challenge ready without getting overwhelmed or stuck in overthinking!  But you do need to be prepared to put in some work before and during the challenge if you want it to be good!

There's no perfect audience size to be ready for a challenge, but I think to have a successful challenge you need to know you have at least 5-10 people who will be excited to participate!  Remember that your first challenge will probably be a little awkward even with this training and you will still be figuring things out, so a small group isn't necessarily a bad thing!  But if you can't think of a single person who would want to do it other than maybe your mom, I would focus more on networking and growing your brand first!
