Calls-to-Action Cheat Sheet
Calls-to-Action Cheat Sheet
A cheat sheet so you always know how to end your posts to get your audience to take action without being spammy!
A call to action(CTA) is a way to end a post that tells the reader what to do next, like visit this website to order, go join my group, comment or message me for more information, etc. The problem is a lot of time CTAs can come across as spammy or hurt your post’s reach with the algorithms. But if you don’t include one, sometimes people will do nothing.
So I created a list of different scenarios you might be posting about and provided multiple options for a good CTA to use for each one to take all the thinking out for you! Each CTA will inspire your reader to take action while still coming across as genuine and a natural ending to your post.
I called this a “cheat sheet” for a reason! Any time you are writing a business post, you will be able to open this up, find the type of post you’re making, and pick an option from the list! No more overthinking!
This Cheat Sheet will:
- Take the confusion out of how to end your posts and make it something you don’t even have to think about anymore
- Help you find the right balance between making sure you are inspiring people to take action without coming across as spammy
What you get:
- A PDF you can download and save or print out to reference over and over again
- Covers 8 difference scenarios you might need different CTAs for
- Something that is always available
- Something time sensitive
- Sending people to watch a video or other piece of content
- Getting people to join your group
- BOGO sale
- Downloading a freebie/lead magnet
- Running a challenge
- Recruiting posts (for network marketers)
- Each scenario includes multiple suggestions for good CTAs
Who will these CTAs work for?
Anyone who wants to grow their business and personal brand on Facebook or Instagram. You have to be willing to get a little out of your comfort zone and post personal things along with photos of yourself!
These prompts are perfect for network marketers, coaches, web designers, real estate agents, and anyone who wants to be the face of their brand. If, for example, you have a store and you want to promote the store through a business page but not build a brand around yourself as the owner, these prompts will not be the right fit for you.
Please note: This is for personal use only. You may not share it with anyone, resell it, or use it as a template to create your own to sell.
This is a PDF download only and does not include support. If you are interested in support, click here to learn about my membership. This download is included in the membership! As a member, you will also be able to ask me for help if you get "stuck" on any of them.

I'm great at writing posts talking about my business, but then wimp out when it's time to share the final step because I don't want to be pushy. This simple guide has freed me from overthinking and allowed me to plug in the best phrasing. Best of all, it actually works.
