It is so hard to figure out how to teach someone else to be successful, especially if you feel like you are still figuring it all out yourself!

Deciding what to focus on first and finding the right balance between teaching them everything they need without overwhelming them is so hard. 

I tried so many different things.  I created a training group, I made Youtube videos, I wrote this insanely long welcome email 😂

All of those things were overcomplicated and overwhelming!  I was accidentally setting my people up to get stuck in the “I need to learn EVERYTHING before I can start” mindset but then also overwhelming them with too much information so they never got started.

What people need to get started is simple daily actions that help them learn as they go, and that’s exactly what I put together for you using my 6 years in the network marketing industry myself, and 6 years of mentoring network marketers, including 3 years as part of a corporate team teaching social media strategy to an entire direct sales company and running the training group for new consultants!

• The tasks are a mixture of content prompts (written, video - live or reels, and stories) and personal development and networking tasks to help them develop good habits and understand it’s more than just posting right from the start! 
• There are some little training tidbits mixed in to help them understand why they are doing these things so they can learn as they go!
• There are two options you can choose from depending on if you do parties or not
• Each one can be just used as is, but my suggestion is for you to customize it!  It won’t take long and I even tell you exactly what to do on the first page! 

You will receive a PDF download that includes the 30 tasks and instructions for how to best customize them.

The PDF includes a link to a Google Doc with the tasks so that you can open it and edit right in that document to make those changes super easily!

Who can you share the PDF, Google Doc, or just the tasks in general with?

You can share them with anyone that you are personally launching/training!  You may not post them in a team page or share them in a team chat for other people to use.  They are for you to launch your personal people only.  If anyone wants to use them to launch their own people, please send them to this page to purchase their own copy!

How should you deliver the tasks to your people?

I suggest either sending them one task at a time or sending them the whole list but asking them to message you once it’s done each day for some accountability!  Talk to your person about what they think would help them more!

Is there anything else I should do besides give them these tasks?

Yes!  First I always suggest having an honest conversation with them about what they want out of this business so that you can make sure you are both on the same page about expectations!  Do this either through zoom, a regular phone call, or voice messages back and forth! 

And then you will also need to tell them about the specific things they need to know about your company and team like how to set up their website, any team groups they should join, where to go to find answers, etc. 

And then you also want to make sure you are available to help them as they work through the tasks in case they get lost or stuck!
