You start every week with great intentions.  THIS is going to be the week that you finally get it together.  But somehow the week gets away from you once again.  You're feeling overwhelmed and perpetually behind.  There is so much that needs done that you end up frozen with indecision over where to start, and end up doing nothing.  

I've been there and I know how frustrating it is!

 

I spent the first few years of my business trying to learn about time management from people who were very different from me and it involved lots of "just do it" and hustling, and schedules, and 6am wakeups.  It never worked and just made me feel even worse about myself because I couldn't "just do it"

But eventually I figured out how to stop trying to change myself and instead work with who I am, whether I like it or not.  Instead of getting mad that I couldn't stop procrastinating, getting distracted, or only working on things when I "felt" like it, I just learned how to work with those things instead of fighting against them!

In this program I not only want to help you learn to get a lot more done, I want to help you let go of the shame and pressure you might be feeling about it.

 

This program will:

  • help you figure out how to keep all your plates spinning
  • help you learn to understand and manage your mental energy so you don't burn out
  • help you learn to work with yourself instead of against yourself and find the strategies that will work for you and keep working long term
  • help you get rid of the stress and pressure you are feeling about not getting more done for your business

 

Week 1 will be spent on figuring out exactly what plates you are trying to spin - whether thats adding or simplifying - and exactly what time/energy you have to work with. 

Week 2 will be about how you will actually do it!  Making the plan and finding the strategies that will work for you 

 

How it works:

This program will start on Monday, April 22nd.  It will be 10 total days, but with the weekend off!  So Monday-Friday, weekend break, and Monday-Friday again!

A private Facebook group will be our home base and you will receive an email with the link after you sign up! 

Each day you will get a short audio training and action step(s).  You will be able to listen to the audio training right in your podcast app or through my website!    There will be an accountability post in the Facebook group that will include the Cliff notes for the training.  You can also check-in on this post once you complete the action step!
